The Network.

• The Network comprises of Buyers/Sellers/Investors/owners. (The Principals) They are invariably linked and introduced to each other through intermediaries/brokers. (Intermediaries). It follows again, invariably, that the Principals do not know each other and only know one party in the network.

• The problem then follows that in order to bring the Principals together, there needs to be an exchange of documents which satisfy Due Diligence procedure requirements of the Principals and neither party is inclined to share their documents until they have seen those of the other side.

• The Projects Network addresses this problem by establishing Data File Security using state of art systems to fully protect all parties. In all scenarios, any person, group or organisation linked to a project will be registered with TPN and submit a full disclosure set of Client Information Documents.
